the pll in there looses touch with reality once you mod it. really it does. its a malaysian made 8719 pll. when current is applied to pin 9 in unlocks. this makes it un-modifiable. first source a old school 8719pll non M. remove the resistor inline with pin 9s trace and replace. should work great af...
