My friend has a galaxy 88 ( that he got from me ) that works and looks like new, maybe a year old at the most. The trouble is that not long after he got it from me the freq display went nuts. He said that all at once the counter started to move up and or down at a fast pace. So he just gave it a tap...

Cobra 29 classic receive problem.
I have a 29 classic made in 92. The transmit works great but i get no receive audio from the internal speaker. If i plug in the external speaker into the EX SP jack i can hear fine. I have tried a different internal speaker, checked for cold solder joints and everything seems fine. Anyone have an id...

www.cbtricks.com click on the radio section then click Galaxy. Look for Galaxy 44 ( its the same inside as a Connex on the inside ) and click on that and then scroll down to you see a link for receive adjustments. this way you can tune it yourself.

Coax is VERY important, it will make or brake your radio setup! Think of it this way. If you were to build an 800hp BB Chevy and then try to supply fuel to it with the stock full line and fuel pump how well do you think it would run? I don't know if this link will work but here it is. It will take t...

Grant lt echo board question.
I have a Grant Lt and also a junk General lee. Can the echo board be taken out of the Lee and installed into the Grant and if so could you provide info on how to do it. I can do most things when it comes to a CB radio but i have never done an echo board install. Thanks!
