the radio is using a stock pre driver 2314

could this be changed and it so what could i put in its place

i was also told that i could jumper the resistor from the bac of the final to the pre driver

hi can any one help me i have a cobra uk 29 ltd st using pll 72322 i have replaced the final with a 1969 and returned L301 L302 L303 AND RV 201 but i can only get 6 watts out of it can any one help what am i doing wrong ?? do i have to disable the sound tracker as it dont work any way i am new to do...

the info on the bord is as follows cobra gr25/29 ltd st the pa is working and it lights up ok the tx rx light is working ok there is no receive no tx as in no power out put at all there is 2 bad caps c212 and c218 think it has had 24 volts throw it or reversed power any one got any ideas thanks
