I have noticed two XTALS on the board for the PLL.But I'm sure if changin them would be the right move.Im not familer w/ the PLL chip in use,and it is soldered in(no XTAL socket). Any help w/ this would be greatly app. Desir.Freq. 26.900 to 27.550 mHz THANKS AGIAN WMC
