bad ground its a black wire right be hind the channel knob its soldered right on the main board

i have the connex 3300hp my problem is i have no channel display nor tx/rx no sound at all i have tryed everything you guys was talking about got me stumped wounding if any can put some light on this out of the 10 years i have worked on radios never had this happen
