If it is happening again and again, i would suggest you check the board completely. The nuetral connection might be having a connective issue in the board. I dont know to use the exact technical temrs. But i think you get the idea. I tried to recreate the problem, but i could not get it in my part. ...

Just reset it to factory defaults. Make sure there is no more pending works in the printer. If there is something left then reset the work or stops printing completely. This should work I guess. If this doesn’t work then god knows what will.
