It keeps burning up the diode in the D10 spot. See previous post. I keyed the radio and seen smoke and then POP. opened the radio and replaced it with a 1N4002 with no luck. The picture is what I saw when I first opened the radio. Any Ideas?

Ok, found another diode and put it in. Radio comes and the receive is working but when I key up, Nothing shows on my meters and the meter on the radio goes down to 0 s units also i have a radio near by and it shows that the radio keys up but NO MODULATION. What is going on with this radio? Please Help.
