Galaxy 93T Mods

My galaxy 93T modulation is only at 70%. How can I turn it up to full power. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

vr16 is the amc adjust

ok cool do you know whitch way to turn it? If the knobs on the radio are facing toward my chest do i turn it left or right?

should be clockwise.
but just turn it full clockwise and check,if it cuts off modulation.then just
turn it full counterwise..youll get it.
