Cobra 148 mic wiring

I've seached high and low and I can't find the wiring diagram for the stock 148 5-pin microphone. Can someone just list what color wire goes to what pin number? Thanks.
I have the radio in my 1971 F100 and it is way to load to have the power mic anymore. I just talk local if at all so the Sedelta can go back on the Ranger.

148 gtl Mic Wiring
Stock
1- Audio (White)
2- Shield (bare wire)
3- Receive (Blue)
4- Sw Com (Red)
5- Transmit (Black)
