rci2950 wobbling on ssb

hi everyone,im located in australia .i have a ranger 2950 that is wobbling on ssb also instead of the people being heard the best on 27355 lsb i have to go to 27354.800 so i can hear them the best. ,can anyone tell me how to fix this problem ,also it has talkback i want to get rid of that to ,thanks david nsw australia .

Can't help on the lining up of your clarifier, but the talk-back is nothing more than the speaker being grounded with a resistor in line (the value depends on how loud the radio is I think I used a 10k but I can't remember for sure). Either cut the ground or put a toggle in so it can be switched of.

could be your power supply not being up to it give some more details please and try usb mode
