Cobra 150 gtl Echo

Does the Cobra 150 have an internal adjustment for Echo? My symptoms are, As soon as I dead key the echo starts. It picks up the plastic click of my mic and gets faster and louder. Adjusting echo with knob does not help. Turning Talkback down doesn't help. I have installed 1uF electrolytic capacitor at C607 to ground as Cobra techbulletin states, thaught that might do it. Didn't work. I had a turbo board in a Cobra 29 do the same thing. All it needed was some adjustment. But, It could be somthing else. Anybody Got any Ideas.

Also any details on tweaking this radio? Besides, just a couple of pots to turn.[/b]
