cudos to rick---he is the man

Post by ramblingman »

hi forum..i am going to take a minute,to give a little praise,to the man,,rick...i have joined a least a half a dozen different forums.and maybe i shouldnt name names but i gonna,,,world greatest radio forum,,quack shack forum,,,thunderpole forum,,,and several others..getting only one response, from thunderpole which was real fague..but ole rick will always put a fellow c.b. tinkerer on the right path...i have not got a chance too get back on my radio repair job yet...but i am confident that i can now fix the beast...because of the advice and technical skills of rick helping me alone...thanks rick and keep on keeping us wannabe radio techs on our toes..i love the learning process..it really aint the fact of fixin the ole radio,to talk on or use.i could care less about that...but the learning is the exciting part for me...so once again cudos and thanks from the ramblingman, just rambling alone around the hills and hollows of mississippi.....

Rick is one of the best tech we have in the UK he is an ex-BBC R&D RF tech and now works for him safe, his company is Euro Radio Co.

He repairs mostly Ham radios and designs QRP rigs.

I have known Rick for over 30 years and he never cease to amaze me with his knowledge.

He also draws some great diagrams checkout radio information section and member section on cbtricks www.cbtricks.com
