need help wondering if cds i ordered are any good

the cds are cb radio secrets and the ultimate secret cb radio im just curious if these disk are any good. I'm just getting into CB radio mods and repair so i jumped on the first thing i thought would help.

I would also appreciate any other suggestions on books or cds.

The could be useful, IF you know what your doing. Otherwise you can wreck a perfectly good radio
