help please low power

delta force magnum am/fm/ssb/pa 10m mobile

got low power less than 1 w damaged due to hi SWR res number 376 22 ohm getting hot tested zener diodes there ok and i have replaced both the c1969 and c2166 out put transistors and still low power

help any one got a clue

ps there is also sound coming out of speaker during tx
