does this happen on AM or SSB...if its on ssb maybe you don't have it in the ssb mode for the delay ..that will make the relay chatter..73s

wanted to give a special thanks to the only 2 people that tried to help thank you very much for your help but found the problem super tiny hairline crack fixed the crack and it works grear again

Where was the crack at? It almost sounded like you AM carrier was to low. Have a good one.
