uniden washington irf520 mod.

Wanting to do a irf520 mosfet mod. to this radio for the final and maybe the driver if this can be done. I was wondering if Rick or someone else may be able to give me any information on how to go about doing this.The radio is a uniden Washington board #pc-385ag and it has the mb8719 pll. Thanks in advace for any information and your help.

Can you read and understand Schematic Diagram?
As to do it in a stage-by-stage, method is a lot work for me which I do not have at the moment.
I can probably draw a diagram so time next week, but I will not guarantee to do so as I am very busy.

Yes i can read and understand schematics a little but i don't have one for this radio. Thank you for your time i know your a busy man. Many thanks to you and others who help out people like me trying to learn how to work on their own radios. Thanks again

Rick i would like to thank you again for the help on converting this radio over to a mosfet. I have received a lot of good compliments on this radio since this modification was done. Every one that i talk to says this radios modulation is louder and clearer than the galaxy saturn that i have been using that was set up nicely by a reputable CB shop. I guess it may be time to sell or trade the saturn. Thank you for sharing your knowledge it is greatly appreciated.
