Hello everyone!

I bought a Galaxy Saturn from someone, and it came with a problem. I really do like the radio. If possible, I would like to fix it. Here is whats happening: When I key up, the RF meter, and the Signal Meter will work sometimes, and then it will stop. I can key down, and turn off the Squelch, and then turn it back on and the Meters start working again. It gets forward swing sometimes, and then it will start going backwards. Can someone help me please? Thank you very much!
