I have a Rx problem on my(President Lincoln) because I had an accident.
I was working to replace the MRF477 to a MRF455 and I had the PB101 AB
away and when i was finished with replacement I was ready to put the PB101 back but I drop it and it shortcut between mounts for the PB and D101-D102 the radio was off but it was still power on the mounts a lot of sparks
.First thing I notice was that I have no RX the squelch only works on SSB and CW nothing on AM and FM,No buzz when i connect the antenna,
No readings on the S-meter,The blip sound is gone when I push buttons
now is only some noice.
Broken components that I found was D101-D102 D126 Q101 (Q102 was ok)
I tried and replace the componets but still no Rx.
I did some measurement on the IC 101 on My second Lincoln thats working,Mod AM 28.000Mhz mobile antenna,
