Check the PA is working?
If so check TR49,50 and 51 you most likely find that TR50 and 51 is short circuit.

You have lost me.
With out getting to technical a transistor has three parts to it called Collector, Emitter and Base you need check the voltages at each pin and you need to know which pin is which. For example looking at TR51 from the front left to right is Base, Collector and Emitter, so when you check it you should get voltages like Base = 12.50, Collector = 5.60 Emitter = 13.80 this is only an example your voltages maybe different. So check TR49, TR50 and TR51 and let us know the voltages you find.
You could just change TR49, TR50 and TR51 and hope for the best.
Good luck.
Rick.

Your power supply is putting out far to hi a voltage, before do any more readjust the power supply for a maximum of 13.8 volts. Disconnect the power supply from the radio and with your test meter check and set the power supply for 13.8 volts.
All the voltages you have given me are wrong make shoe you have identify the correct pins you should be looking and check them from the front, the front is the flat side with the number on it. The transistor TR49 looking at the front left to right is Emitter, Collector and Base, TR 50 TR49 looking at the front left to right is Base, Collector and Emitter. Hope this helps. But set you power supply first and give us the voltages again.
