i have a hr 2510 some one in the past did a mod on it and now on am/ssb i get my voice through my radios speaker can any 1 tell me how to fix it put it back to normal thanks

Don't know if the 'mod' created your talkack, or if another failure is causing it.
I'd suggest that first you tighten ALL the mounting screws on the main printed-circuit board. They tend to come loose, and can cause this all by themselves. If enough of the ground connections on those screws come loose, odd things happen.
"Undoing" a talkback mod starts with looking at what they changed. I assume that there is no switch on the radio to turn the talback off? Or did they hijack the "PA" switch for this? If so, this could be your whole answer.
And if they simply turned on the talback full-time, it will be time to track down what they changed. There is more than one place in the radio to disable the "mute" function that keeps the stock radio silent during transmit.
