the problem I have is that all channels work right until you go thru the channels for example channel 9 and 22 are on the same frequency can anyone help thanks .this is a great forum as I am new member and also want to wave a hand

hi there,if it was me,the first thing i would check,is to make sure they cleaned the solder joints good.when converting this radio to 11 meter.you have to remove one wire,then you must take solder wick and remove the solder from the two pins on one end where the wire was connected to the pc board.sometimes if you dont clear the two pins completly,it will cause this problem.i will get back to you with a web site in which you can go to and see what i mean.

hello once again.the site is cbtricks by dxzone.com then go to radio info.,then go to g for galaxy 33hml,then go to frequency mod.you can also go to c for connex 3300hp.but on the galaxy one you can see more clearly what im talking about.the galaxy 33hml and the connex 3300hp have the exact same pc board.locate the area on the pc board as it shows,where the wire was removed,and check to see if all the solder was completly removed in order for the two pins to be isolated from each other.hope this helps.
