magnum deltaforce probs

help needed on a magnum deltaforce will only tx 10 w on fm am ect & has problem of audio comeing out of speaker a bit like the talkback is not turning off this happens after5 mins when the radio is switched on any help thanks

I have an S9 with the same power issue, just trying to resolve now..

Came in with 1 final blown in half.
Done replacements but still giving low output, still under investigation..
After 15 years never thought I would need all my repair equipment again !! Should never have sold it...
