The Defpom Forum, for RadioMods, S&M Software and Music by The Defpom

I have a galaxy 55 on the bench--powers up but no TX and no RX. I don't have a schematic. Suggestions please.

Check D93 (1N4003) if blown replace AF Amp IC8 (TA7222AP), also check transistors TR36, TR37, and TR38 there should be 8 volts on the Emitters TR36 and TR38, in RX TR36 Collector should be about 8 Volts and in TX TR38 should be about 8 volts. Hope this helps. Let us know how you get on.
