galaxy 959 help needed

i was installing a blue lamp in my 959 and droped the radio in my lap while testing the light.when it fell in my lap i saw a small amount of smoke and now when you turn the radio on it starts around 27.3?? and goes up till it stops on 27.435.does anyone know what i could have shorted out?

Check the voltage on the collector TR30 should be about 8 volts in RX and in TX should be 0 volts, check the voltage on the collector TR33 it should be about 8 volts in TX and in RX it should be about 0 volts.
Also check the voltage on the PLL pin 9 it should be about 8 volts.
