need cobra 25 help

i have been brought a cobra 25ltd classic that someone shorted stuff out in.when you key it up the red tx light doesnt light up and it does no wattage also the receive is very low.ive replaced the 2078 final,r48 and tr19 and still no joy.im stumped.

Check Q-30 and Q-33,these are the tx/rx switching transistors.
Check collector of Q-30,Should be 0.0 v.d.c.in tx mode and 8.0 v.d.c
in rx mode..Then check collector of Q-33,should be 8.0 v.d.c in tx
mode and 0.0 v.d.c in rx..Also check C-87,,C-117,,and D-15.

You do not give the PCB number?
If its a late radio check around TR17 for cold solder joints, known fault.
