I am looking for a uPD2816 PLL (could also be marked as 29LTD), I may or may not need one, someone asked me if I could get one because it is blown, I will be getting the radio soon, once I do I will know for sure if I need one, so right now I am just trying to track one down.

dear deprom, i have a upc 2816 pll it comes with a diode etc i think it is thats for ssb cbs only .but the 2816 i have 1 in stock unused ,it wouldnt cost hardly anything from australia by airmail as theres no weight in them ,thanks david

thanks for the offer, I do not need the part now though, as the person that diagnosed it, got it wrong, once I got the radio here I traced the fault back to a mixer not the PLL.

thats fine, i bought it to replace a 2824 chip which is unexpandable. it also comes with the bits and pieces that allows the ax144 or pc 122 clarifier to slide 5khz both ways ok, thx david
