Hello there,
I have Rx problem (President Lincoln)
On AM and FM the signal meter stand fixed on 8 and the squelch does not
work on AM and FM it still comes noice if you try to lock it out.
The sound on FM is very crisp and the reception is very poor the signals comes in very weak on USB LSB AM and FM.
But the TX is good.
Any hint what I should look for?

I would say try replacing the IC101 (NJM2909N) as that is the squelch amp and signal meter drive source (near the middle of the main circuit board), it is a fairly common part, so you should have no trouble finding one.

I have only seen this part fail twice, one time gave symptoms like you are describing, that I way I suggest just replacing it.

Another possibility is a burnt out track on the rear of one of the front panel controls (the RF power I think it was), this can happen if the MPU assembly is swung upwards and its frame touches the track side of the main circuit board.
