how to align a harrier cbx without an osciliscope

does any one know how to align a cybernet (harrier cbx) without all the tech stuff like an osciliscope....I`ve just fitted a midband chip (27/81)
hope some one can help

If you are just adjusting the waveform for max on the scope, then you could substitute an rf voltmeter. If you don't have one, then you will need a sensitive analog VOM, and, you will have to make an rf probe. You should be able to Google it.
