getting this special channel selector for a cobra 148gtl etc

hi everyone, i was wondering has anyone ever seen a cobra 148gtl modified in the display showing the channel readout out at 101 here is the info ,i have in this http://groups.yahoo.com/group/the_mod/,can anyone help me ,regards david nsw australia

The guy doing those is actually a member of this forum, I do not think he has been around for a little while though.
