here i have a ranger 2950 EPT295013Z with frequency problem ,let say i'm on channel 27.3850 usb/lsb no problem but when i switch to AM i have to set to 27.3820 for best rx/tx , so i did try to adjust L27 no change and VR21(tx frequency) screw up usb/lsb ? I do have a frequency counter but no amount of adjustment will get it on frequency on AM only. Any idea's anyone?

I'm sure Rick will correct me as I am not a tech, but did you test D83?

Perhaps it has something to do with your problem. Anyway I tried to help and hope this does help.Regards, Jim

no i did not test D83 but i do have a spare board for parts will change it and see.
