Test gear available: 30 mhz scope, voltmeter, frequency meter
Symptoms: radio turns on meter lights , green rx light on, keeying mike for transmit red light does not turn green remains on
What is working: light on meter -green light for recieve

What has been tried: measured voltage coming in to radio 13.7 volts

Did it suddenly happen ?: Dont Know it was like this when I took out of box Friend gave it to me the radio has been converted

Start simple, check the mic, is it working properly? Switch to PA and see if mic/audio is working, Let us know how it does....
