Symptoms: tx seem to be fine but no mod. no vol. on rx or pa. there is a loued scratch sound coming out of the sp. with the vol. up or down.

What is working:all els seems to be working

What has been tried:Changed q51,q53,and ic19

Did it suddenly happen ?: got it like this
Anything else that may be of help?:

Got it working good rx and tx and the pa is now working but i stil have a lot of a scratching sound coming from the vol. weather the vol. is up or down.
