CB Cobra HH38WX ST and Midland 75-822 Rev2

I need help referring these CB mod. The Cobra I jump the J-14 and re-start hit function key than scan and CB still work like B4 no change. Do you have a idea what I did wrong. And concerning the Midland I couldn't find nothing for the Rev 2 board.
