Hi, I have a Superstar 3900 radio and I want to open the frequency bands, but it doesn't have the typical jumper to modify it. How could it be done? I'm sending you a photo of the PCB reference.

if its the newest version : To expand the Superstar 3900 (2023 model) coverage range, you need to cut the white wire on the component side of the PCB, near the front/middle, there is a picture of this modification here that will be of great help.
