I need help converting the radio from 29 mhz to 27 mhz.I have replaced all the cristals and still the radio transmits on 29 mhz.On my vco I get 3.6 volts on channel 1.The pll are ok.On the ossilator I get 10.240 and I can align it properly.

What else do I need to relace so that the radio can transmit and receive on 27 mhz.

The Hygain 5 (2705) is the same radio that the GE 3-5825A.
