Hey all.

got a nice new 200gtl dx here.

nice rig, shame about the horrible channel change clicking but hey!

What i WOULD like to know, is if there is any way i can get the radio to cover even lower frequencies? i mean from 26Mhz up or maybe even lower? Like you could on the 148? My old 148 with the mod with diodes AND pll chip thru diode to ground would go to 25.770mhz.

This radio already goes from 26.065 to 29.7mhz.

any info on this; cant find anyhting on the net in general.

...oh and another thing...picking up on what others have said, i can concur that the course-tune doesn't actually go 5 khz either way - more like 3khz - apparently this is a direct result of the original modification. it also means that the frequency counter (pretty though it is) is innacurate. any ideas?
