What's the difference between the Turner M+2/U, and the JM+2

Question is in the topic. I only ask because I have just bought one of each, and they look identical except the name, so what's the difference?
I'm NOT Satan: It's 2 six's and a 9!

The J refers to electronic switching & the wiring codes are as follows:

Shield - Common
White - Mike or Audio
Black - TX
Red - RX
