Power Cable Length and Gauge (AWG) Calculator

This page has two of my calculators on it, the top one is used to work out what gauge of cable is needed for a given length and Amperage.

The bottom one is to convert AWG to mm2.

1 foot = 0.3048 meters (or 1 meter = 3.2822 feet) .
To convert from meters to feet multiply it by 3.2822.
So if your cable is 3 meters long, it is 3 x 3.2822 = 9.8 feet long.
