Cherokee CBS1000Channel Expansion
This mod was sent to me by Weak-one, thank you
1-remove top cover
2-locate the back of display board
3-on this board you should see 2 pins, connect a jumper wire between the
pins (see pic below)
4-power on the unit while holding down the #1 button,and everytime the radio
is turned on hold the button for 5 seconds after power is applied
5-to change bands use the button #1 frequncy range is now 26.155-29.655 and
me skip a few far and in between.
