Modifications

This radio uses a microcontroller and a SDR (Software Defined Radio) IC to control the operating frequencies, from what I can find I was the first in the world to do a channel modification on one of these units.

This is not a easy modification to do as it requires knowledge of serial communications and knowing how to program a microcontroller, so I do not instruct you how to do it, but I do share my modification video showing what I did for those that may have the required skills, or if it just interests you to know how it is done.
