I just got a new dx-959 (well, new to me) and it came with the stock galaxy mic. radio and mic. are practically new.
I have 3 other mics also
a cobra m73sL
a astatic 636L
a old astatic d104 lollipop
and i am wondering about which mic. to use with it.....which is the best....the stock galaxy or ...

i have a mirage m75 amp that has stopped working.
now if i turn it on i get no output at all and when i turn it off i get regular output from the radio.
the jumper is good and all wiring...i checked by hooking another amp up and it worked fine.
i dont even hear a relay click and yes it has power and ...

i need to know if there is a replacement for cd2545
hopefully there is one
