Welcome to the forum.
When you say it's off frequency on FM, do you mean the UK FM or high band as it is on that radio.
If so then adjust TC5 (the tuning capacitor) on the sub board on the left with the crystals on it and you may need to change C158 to a lower value, they are next to each other.
You'll need a frequency counter to do the job.
PS. L15 might look damaged but may still be working OK.

thanks for the info m8 trimmed the tc5 and it seems to work so thanks again (for your info it was just mid band fm)
