will a 2sa1012 be a direct substitute for a 2sa473 and is there other replacements available thanks in advance for your help.

nte-153 or ecg-153 are suitable subs..but i have seen the 2sa-1012 put back where a 2sa-473 was...so i think it will work with no problems..

Thanks for the reply ramblingman i will try the 2sa1012 I am going to use it in a galaxy radio in the modulator stage driving the 2sb754 didn't know if this would perform as good as the 2sa473 but i guess there is only one way to find out. Thank you for your help.
