Evenin all,

I have a Cobra 148 GTL , Maylaysia, Board # EPTO14810Z
It is just like the last 100 or so 148's I have channeled by adding 2 switched to,(Pin 11-12 and pin 10 to ground) But when I toggle pin 10 low it goes to 27.365 or so rather than 27.825 (channel 19). It also will not change from this freq. it is the same on every channel.
I have tried 3 different pll chips, and also verified they work in another radio.

The radio has an unlocked clarifier and no other mods yet.
I'm stumped! Help!!!!! I need the pros!!!!!!

L19 was slightly off, I adjusted it while watching a freq meter and about 1/32 of a turn in and it popped back into freq.
I figured I would leave the post just in case someone else has a similar problem!
