Connex 3300hp Channel display goes out

Hi all, I'm new here and hoping some1 can help me out with a Connex 3300hp. When I change bands the channel led goes dead and I have no rx or tx. All other bands seam fine and change freq. I have tried changing band switch and high and low switch but it still does the same thing. I have checked for cold joints, but haven't found any. Any help please.
