northpoint nt-9-hp---will not tx

hello forum,,,i have a northpoint nt-9-hp,basic same board as galaxy,with a few extra features...ept-3600-14b pcb...radio will not tx...rx is fine..also did pa. test this checks good,loud and clear.so far checked all usual suspects,they check good...voltages at tr-50 and tr-51 check good..voltages at final and driver at collector is not right,to low..also i have changed driver and final,still no tx..checked pre-driver,voltages here check good,also pulled pre-driver and test good...also changed tr-30 the tx oscillator and the 10.6975 mhz crystal..still no tx.i am leaning toward changing the tx-mixer next,,ic-9..but on this unit the tx mixer is a postage stamp type ic..so i am trying to put this off till last..try every other option first...if anyone has any ideas or advice..or maybe know of something i am over looking..thanks in advance..this is a real nice looking rig,that id sure like to get back up and going.......thanks,,ramblingman
