Can I put a road devil mic on a trc 454 cb fone which is a five pin.
If so what is the pin wiring

Here is the Info:
Pin#1=Shield=Road Devil "Shield&Blue"
Pin#2=N/C
Pin#3=Transmit=Road Devil "Red"
Pin#4=Audio=Road Devil "White"
Pin#5=Receive=Road Devil "Black"

I have tried the different combinations but no good.
The closest I got was it squealed when I keyed up.

If the Road Devil and your radio is in the original condition this combination is the correct:
Pssss;Remember to solder together the shield and the blue cable in the pin#1,next follow the rest of the pin out wiring as stated in my instructions.
