RCI 2950 blank display?

Hi All;
I need help with my 2950.The display is blank except for the lights;no tx;no rx;10.240 oscillators working;audio section working.the regulators that I have checked so far seem to be ok.Nothing heating up.
Any ideas or help would be appreciated.I DO HAVE A FREQ COUNTER,SCOPE,METERS ETC. & CAN USE THEM.

Check the CPU, try pressing the reset, check the the CPU osc, i have had the cap on the input side of the osc go bad (4.00Mhz resonator), if you hold down the reset for about 10 seconds and watch the display you should see the display flicker for a stlit second, if you do you need to take out the CPU baoard and check for broken tracks around the CPU. Hope this helps.
