OK I have a washington here with the 8719 chip, and it is the pc385 board. The problem I am having is, It recieves but no transmit power. If you put the meter in the mod position and key the radio and talk the meter works like it should. IAnd also had my wife turn the radio on in the other room, and she could here me talking on the washington but it only had a S1 signal and low audio. Can someone help me with this?

It sounds like the final is blown, you will need to get it replaced, and also try to find what made it fail, make sure that your SWR is OK for a start.
