Terms and Conditions for membership to, use of and viewing of this web site

1. Disclaimer and Liability

   You agree that:
   
   1. You will not attempt to avoid paying the membership fee whilst gaining access to content within the members area, by any means, this includes paying for access, using the access to view content, and then attempting to claim a refund.
   2. If any content has been accessed in the members area by your account, that you invalidate any rights to a refund of the membership fees.
   3. If any content has been accessed in the members area by your account, that RadioMods has fulfilled its requirements of membership, by providing access to such content.




2. Terms of use

   You agree that:
   
   1. You are at least 18 years of age.
   2. RadioMods reserve the right to remove, edit or restrict access to any site content, and also reserve the right to suspend, disable, ban, or limit access privileges of any user if we feel that any of these terms and conditions may have been or may be breached, at our our sole discretion.
   3. You will not disclose your login information to any other party, only the person that registered the account is allowed to make use of the account.
   4. You will not reproduce, copy, sell or share any content that was obtained from the members area.
   5. You understand RadioMods has a file protection system in place, which requires a pause between file downloads and sets a limit of how many files can be downloaded each day, which had to be implemented due to users attempted abuse of our systems. This may cause minor inconvenience under certain conditions and you accept that you may be required to wait before accessing files.




3. General Rules

   You agree that you will NOT:
   
   1. Abuse other members of the site, in any form.
   2. Spam, post offensive messages, or attempt to abuse the site, in any form.
   3. Use offensive language, in any text that you place on the site.




4. Personal Information

   You agree that:
   
   1. You must provide truthful and correct information when registering for an account, and updating your profile.
   2. All information supplied during the registration process is kept confidential, and is not disclosed to any third parties, unless it becomes necessary to provide information to the police or other authority as part of an investigation.




5. Intellectual Property

   You agree that:
   
   Any images, text, design or functions of this site are not to be reproduced, copied, modified or re-created, in part or in whole under any circumstances, without prior written permisson from RadioMods.




6. General Provisions

   You agree that:
   
   1. These terms and conditions will be updated from time to time, you are responsible for checking the terms and conditions periodically to familiarise yourself with any alterations or additions to these terms and conditions.
   2. Any changes to these terms and conditions shall take effect immediately upon posting on the site, and any changes made are retrospective.
   3. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in suspension or deletion of your account, any fees paid shall be withheld, and are not refundable.
   4. If RadioMods do not exercise or enforce any right available to us under these terms and conditions, it does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
   5. If any provision of these terms and conditions becomes or is held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms and conditions, which shall continue to apply.
